Cleaning Services in Paris and La Défense

A Paris cleaning company you can talk to in your own language.

Moving your company's office to Paris or La Défense, renting your apartment on Airbnb from abroad, or simply living in Paris as an expatriate, in every one of these situations, the last thing you want is to struggle to explain what you need from a cleaning provider, or to discover a clause in a French-only contract you didn't fully understand.

SUPERPLUS has been a family-owned cleaning company based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris since 1993. We are not a call center or a digital platform connecting you with an anonymous freelancer. We are a real local team, with stable, employed staff, and we are used to working with international companies, expatriates, and property owners who need to discuss a contract, a schedule, or an incident clearly and quickly — in English.

This page explains exactly what we do, where we work, and how the process unfolds, so you have everything you need before reaching out. Use our contact form, we respond within 24 hours with a detailed and a free quote.

Trusted by international clients in Paris

We have worked with subsidiaries of American, British, and other international companies established in Paris's 8th arrondissement and at La Défense since 1993. Our clients include law firms, financial services companies, and corporate offices that need a cleaning partner familiar with international reporting standards — not just a generic local provider.

We carry professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle), use products certified under the Écolabel Européen, and employ our cleaning staff directly under French permanent contracts (CDI) rather than relying on subcontractors. For confidentiality reasons, we don't publish client names, but we're happy to discuss references relevant to your industry during an initial call.

Our services in detail

Office cleaning for international companies

If you manage an office for a US, UK, or other international company's Paris or La Défense subsidiary, we provide a complete cleaning contract tailored to your space: daily or weekly servicing of open-plan areas, private offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, and restrooms.

We work with facility managers and office managers who often need to report back to a headquarters abroad, and we structure our service accordingly: a detailed scope of work agreed in advance, consistent staff who learn your space and your expectations, regular reporting after each visit, and a single point of contact who can answer questions in English without delay.

Cleaning typically takes place before office hours (often before 7:30am) or after closing (after 7pm), so as not to disrupt your team's workday. For companies with a hybrid work policy, we can adjust the frequency and intensity of cleaning to match actual occupancy rather than theoretical capacity.

Discover our office cleaning page (French — we're glad to explain every detail over the phone in English).

Condominium and building common area cleaning

If you own an apartment in a Paris condominium and sit on the building's co-ownership council (known in France as the "conseil syndical"), or if you are a property manager overseeing a building's maintenance, you may need to understand or approve a cleaning contract written in French.

We clean entrance halls, staircases, elevators, waste rooms, parking garages, and any shared outdoor space. Many Paris condominium buildings — particularly those built in the Haussmann era — have delicate materials such as marble floors, wrought-iron staircases, and stone surfaces that require specific products and techniques. Our teams are trained to recognize these materials and adapt accordingly.

We are happy to walk an English-speaking co-owner or board member through a proposed cleaning contract, explain the scope of services, and answer any question about frequency, pricing, or quality control before a vote in the general assembly (assemblée générale).

Discover our condominium cleaning service (French page).

Apartment cleaning for residents and expatriates

Whether you live in Paris full-time as an expatriate or own a pied-à-terre you visit occasionally, we offer regular housekeeping on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, deep cleaning for special occasions or after a long absence, and move-out cleaning before returning a rental property to a landlord or agency.

Many of our individual clients are expatriate families and international executives based in the 7th, 8th, and 16th arrondissements who appreciate being able to set up a recurring schedule, give specific instructions, and discuss any issue directly in English rather than through a third party.

Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning

If you own an apartment in Paris that you rent out on Airbnb or a similar platform, whether you live abroad or simply manage the property remotely, we provide turnover cleaning between guests, available seven days a week including weekends and holidays.

Our service includes a full reset of the apartment between checkout and the next check-in, fresh linen on request, and immediate notification if we notice any damage or issue before the next guest's arrival. For owners who are not in Paris, we can coordinate access through a key safe, a building concierge, or a local property manager, so the entire process runs smoothly without your direct involvement.

Discover our Airbnb cleaning service (French page — we're happy to set up your schedule and discuss logistics in English).

Move-in and post-renovation cleaning

After a renovation, a move, or before taking possession of a new office or apartment, we provide a thorough deep clean: dust removal from every surface, window cleaning, floor treatment, and removal of construction residue. This is a common need for international companies setting up a new office in Paris or La Défense, or for individuals moving into a newly renovated apartment.

Discover our post-construction cleaning service and our post-move cleaning service (French pages).

Event and corporate venue cleaning

Paris is a global capital for corporate events, product launches, fashion shows, and conferences. If your company is organizing an event at a venue in central Paris or La Défense, we provide pre-event preparation (deep cleaning of the space before guests arrive), real-time maintenance during the event (restroom upkeep, spill management, waste removal), and post-event cleanup (full restoration of the venue to its original condition, often under tight overnight deadlines).

We have worked on events at venues across Paris, from Haussmann-era reception rooms in the 8th arrondissement to modern conference spaces at La Défense, and we understand the pace and pressure that event logistics demand. Our teams can be mobilized on short notice, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Our service area: Paris and La Défense, our priority zones

Paris - all 20 arrondissements

We are based in the 8th arrondissement, steps from the Champs-Élysées, and we cover the entire city. The arrondissements where we work most frequently with international clients include:

The 8th arrondissement — our home base. Corporate headquarters around the Champs-Élysées and Faubourg Saint-Honoré, embassies, and high-end residential buildings. Many of our long-standing clients here are international law firms, financial services companies, and luxury retail boutiques. See our 8th arrondissement page (French).

The 16th arrondissement — Passy, Auteuil, Trocadéro. A favored residential area for expatriate families, with large, classic Haussmann-style apartments and a strong concentration of international schools nearby. See our 16th arrondissement page (French).

The 7th arrondissement — Around the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. Embassies, ministries, and prestigious residential buildings, often home to diplomatic staff and senior executives. See our 7th arrondissement page (French).

The 9th arrondissement — Near the Opéra and Saint-Lazare train station, a practical location for business travelers and short-term corporate stays, with a growing number of creative agencies and startups. See our 9th arrondissement page (French).

The Marais (3rd and 4th arrondissements) — A historic district increasingly popular for short-term rentals and Airbnb properties, as well as art galleries and design studios. See our 3rd arrondissement page and 4th arrondissement page (French).

La Défense - Europe's largest business district

La Défense is one of our most active zones for corporate cleaning contracts. This business district hosts the French or European headquarters of numerous American, British, and international companies, and it has specific characteristics that a generic cleaning provider often fails to anticipate. See our La Défense page (French — call us in English to discuss your building's specific requirements).

Strict security access protocols, with badge systems and visitor logbooks that our teams are trained to follow without slowing down the building's operations. Office towers with large floor plates and open-space layouts that require properly sized teams. Shared building amenities and common areas, in addition to private office space, that often fall under a separate cleaning scope.

We regularly work with companies that maintain offices both in central Paris and at La Défense, coordinating a single contract and a single point of contact across both locations.

Neuilly-sur-Seine and the western suburbs

Neuilly-sur-Seine, directly adjacent to the 16th and 17th arrondissements, is a preferred residential location for many expatriate executives and international families, known for its high-end apartment buildings and proximity to international schools. See our Neuilly-sur-Seine page (French). We also work in Levallois-Perret, Boulogne-Billancourt, and Courbevoie, all easily accessible from our Paris base.

For a complete view of our coverage area, see our full service area page (French — feel free to call us in English to confirm coverage for your specific address).

Pricing indications

Pricing: what to expect

We do not publish fixed-rate price lists, because a serious quote requires an on-site visit to assess the actual surface area, materials, and access conditions of your space. However, to help you budget before we meet, here are the typical ranges for our most common services in Paris and La Défense.

  • Office cleaning (recurring contract) : For a small to mid-size office (50 to 200 m²) in central Paris or La Défense, a regular cleaning contract with three to five visits per week typically ranges from €500 to €1,800 per month excluding VAT. The price depends on the surface area, the number of restrooms, the presence of a kitchen or break room, and whether window cleaning or other periodic services are included.

  • Apartment cleaning (recurring) : Regular housekeeping for a Paris apartment on a weekly or bi-weekly basis typically starts from €35 per hour, with a minimum of two hours per visit. The exact rate depends on the size of the apartment, the floor plan, and the type of cleaning required (standard maintenance vs. deep cleaning).

  • Airbnb turnover cleaning : Turnover cleaning between guests is priced per intervention based on the apartment's size and condition. For a typical one-bedroom apartment in central Paris, expect a range of €70 to €120 per turnover including linen change and a full reset of the space.

  • Condominium common area cleaning : Contracts for building common areas (entrance hall, staircases, elevator, waste room, outdoor spaces) are priced based on the number of floors, the number of units, the frequency of visits, and the materials involved. For a typical 20 to 30 unit Parisian building with three visits per week, contracts generally fall between €800 and €1,500 per month excluding VAT.

  • End-of-lease and deep cleaning : One-time interventions such as move-out cleaning or deep cleaning are quoted after an on-site visit or based on photos and a detailed description. As a general indication, end-of-lease cleaning for a 50 m² apartment in Paris typically ranges from €300 to €500 depending on condition.

All prices are subject to 20% VAT. Every quote we issue is detailed, with no hidden fees, and remains valid for 30 days.

Use our contact form or call us directly, we respond within 24 hours and schedule the on-site visit at a time that works for you.

What makes working with SUPERPLUS straightforward for international clients

A single, direct point of contact. When you call or write to us, you speak with someone who already knows your file, not a call center or an automated ticketing system. This matters even more when you're navigating a service in a language that isn't your own.

An on-site visit before every quote. We never provide a serious quote without first visiting the space — whether it's an office, an apartment, or a building's common areas — to understand the actual surface area, the materials involved, and any access constraints. This avoids unpleasant surprises for everyone.

Stable, employed staff — not freelancers. Our cleaning teams are employed under French permanent contracts (CDI), not subcontracted or sourced through a gig-economy platform. The same staff return to your location each time, which means consistency, familiarity with your space, and accountability.

Eco-friendly, certified products. Our cleaning products are certified under the Écolabel Européen, the official European Union eco-label, which many international companies with sustainability commitments specifically look for in a service provider.

Three decades of experience with Paris's unique building stock. Since 1993, we've worked in everything from 19th-century Haussmann apartment buildings with delicate stone and wood to modern office towers at La Défense with strict security protocols. We understand what each type of building actually requires.

Insurance and liability coverage. We carry professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle), which is standard practice for any serious cleaning company operating in France and an important point of due diligence for any international company evaluating a local vendor.

How the process works, step by step

1. Initial contact. Call, WhatsApp, or fill out our contact form describing your space and your needs. We respond within 24 hours.

2. On-site visit. We schedule a visit at a time that works for you, to assess the space, identify any specific requirements (materials, access protocols, security badges), and answer your questions in person.

3. Detailed quote. Within 24 hours of the visit, you receive a written quote that specifies the scope of work, the frequency, the schedule, and the price — with no hidden fees.

4. Contract and onboarding. Once you approve the quote, we draft the service agreement. We walk you through every clause in English before you sign the French-language contract (required for legal and tax purposes in France).

5. Ongoing service. Your assigned team begins service on the agreed schedule. You receive a report after each visit, and you can reach your point of contact directly for any adjustment or concern.
